Who doesn’t remember spending summers fishing with dad off the dock in the warm Tennessee sun? Before school starts back, take your little fisherman up to the Great Smoky Mountains to learn about fishing from an experienced guide on this adventure package. Against the tranquil backdrop of towering trees and babbling brooks, your guide will lead you in an instructional course covering gear selections, casting techniques, reading the river, and so much more! Included in this package is everything you need to have a successful trip including gear, tackle, transportation, and guiding services. Our fishing lasts approximately 3 hours and we guarantee you’ll have a catch before the day ends! The minimum age for our fishers is 8 years old and it is required to have a valid Tennessee fishing license to participate.
Lower Pigeon Rafting Adventure
Designed for even our youngest thrill-seekers, our Lower Pigeon Rafting Adventure contains just the right amount of thrills while being tame enough for little ones. Your adventure begins at our Whitewater Outpost in Hartford, TN where you will meet your guide and prepare for your ride on the rapids. Included in this 2-2.5 hour adventure is everything you need to enjoy your time on the water. We provide you with all necessary equipment, transportation, and guiding services so there is no need to worry about coming prepared. We only ask that those participating in our rafting adventure bring a quick-drying swimsuit or shorts, secure water shoes, and a towel with a change of clothes.
For our older students who are seeking major thrills, the Thrillcat Kayak Adventure is perfect for you. With a minimum age of 15, this trip takes you into the heart of the Smoky Mountains as you kayak through the rapids in your own personal inflatable vessel. A professional guide will lead you and your group through the adventure as you paddle along the Lower Pigeon River. Our Thrillcat Adventure is the perfect mix of freedom, independence, and thrills before heading back to your high school halls. You can expect your adventure to last approximately two hours and all gear is included in your ticket price.
