REFUND POLICY

Tubing: we tube rain or shine. If there is a thunderstorm in the area we will delay the start of your trip. If you are unable to use the tubing tickets on the day you reserved, we are happy to change them to another date. All tickets must be used within the summer season to which you made the purchase. Tickets cannot be transferred to the following season. If you require a refund you can do so 48hrs from your scheduled trip.

Whitewater Rafting: Because operating funds are committed long before the trip departs, few, if any, of these expenses can be recovered on late cancellations. If you are unable to attend your scheduled whitewater trip, feel free to find a substitute to fill your spot. This does not apply to Splash Passes. A Splash Pass is a season pass to our tubing outpost in Townsend and ONE whitewater adventure. Splash Passes are non-transferrable.

To receive a full refund, reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip time. Cancellations made 24 – 48 hours before the scheduled trip time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip time will not receive a refund.

Groups of 10 or more are required to complete the cancellation process at least 10 days prior to the trip time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days before the scheduled trip time will receive a 50% refund.

Because river and weather conditions can change, we reserve the right to move trips to a different section of river for reasons of safety or water conditions. No refund or rain checks will be issued unless the outfitter completely cancels the day’s events.

Due to the rigors of a river adventure, consumption of alcohol or drugs is not permitted before or during raft trips. We have the right to refuse service to anyone we feel impaired by alcohol or drugs without refund.
