Cancellation Policy (Individual Trips):

24+ hours before trip time: 100% refund
Less than 24 hours before: No refund. However, we will work with you to change the date of your trip within the same season. Refunds are not provided for rescheduled trip dates.

Group Cancellation Policy (Group of 20+ people):

5+ days before trip time: 100% refund
Less than 5 days before: No refund. We will work with you to change the date of your trip within the same season. Refunds are not provided for rescheduled trip dates. We tube rain or shine, so we do not refund for weather. Reservation changes during this time period will reflect regular, non-group rates. The difference in price will be applied to the payment amount. If your group cannot reschedule, a store credit valid through the end of the following year will be issued in the amount paid.

Tubing Weather Refund Policy:

River and weather conditions can change. We reserve the right to move trips to a different section of the river for your safety. No refund will be issued unless the outfitter completely cancels the day’s events. A Tubing Day Pass provides a guest the opportunity to complete at least one tubing trip. Additional trips may be taken until the last trip time of the day as weather and operating conditions allow. If a guest has completed one full tubing trip before operations are officially suspended by River Rat Management, a refund will not be provided.

If at the time of your reservation, high water creates age restrictions that prevent children in your reservation from tubing, River Rat Tubing will contact you by phone or email to reschedule your visit or issue a refund. If we close due to high water, our staff will contact you by phone or email as well. You are also welcome to call us at (865)448-8888. If call volumes are high and we are unable to pick up, please leave us a detailed voicemail. Please be patient as we are likely calling every affected guest. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Cabana Weather Refund Policy:

Cabana Rentals operate rain or shine. A full cabana refund is only provided if Outpost A is closed due to high water or age restrictions prevent tubing at both Outpost A & B Tubing locations.

Impairment Policy:

Due to the rigors of these adventures, we have the right to refuse service to anyone we feel impaired by alcohol or drugs without a refund.
