HOW TO BOOK TUBING TRIPS
- Once you book your season pass, you’ll be provided your unique Season Pass Member ID number.
- To reserve each tubing visit, begin booking a Tubing Day Pass for the date of your choice. Enter your Membership ID or the email associated with your Member ID to make the cost of this pass free to you.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Season Passes do NOT apply toward discounted Group Rates.
- If you purchased multiple Season Passes under the same email address and have a shared Season Pass code, then be sure to reserve all Day Tubing Passes for those Season Pass-holders together in the same transaction. All costs will still zero out while reserving your Tubing adventures.
HOW TO RECEIVE RAFTING & CABANA DISCOUNTS
- Begin booking your Whitewater Rafting trip or your Riverside Cabana Rental. Enter your Membership ID or the email associated with your Member ID to redeem your Season Pass discounts.
SPECIAL CHECK-IN LOCATION
You will receive your Tubing Season Pass Picture ID upon check-in at our Tubing Outpost A in Townsend.
A special check-in area for Season Pass-holders is located at Toobers Treats & Treasures (Outpost A parking lot).
HOW TO CHECK-IN
The first time you check in to receive your Picture ID, you will use the email address you booked your season pass with.
After you receive your ID card, you will check in for all future adventures (reserve first online) by presenting your Season Pass Picture ID and the name that you reserved the day’s adventures under. Must present your Season Pass Picture ID to receive your tubing wristband for the day.
NON-TRANSFERRABLE
Season Passes are non-transferrable. The booking name and name on the Season Pass Picture ID must match upon checking in.
If misused, your pass will be confiscated and your membership will be cancelled without refund.
Season Passes can not be redeemed for cash value.
SEASON PASS SALES ARE FINAL
All season pass sales are final – no refunds provided.
REPLACING A LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED CARD
Lost, stolen, or damaged cards can be replaced for a $10 fee at your special Season Pass check-in location at Tubing Outpost A.
